1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, browsing our website, joining our community channels, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use PipsAura.
PipsAura is operated as a trading education platform. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. What PipsAura Is — and Is Not
PipsAura provides trading education, market analysis for learning purposes, community discussion, mentorship programs, and related tools. We teach concepts such as ICT and Smart Money methodology to help traders develop their own analytical skills.
PipsAura is not a broker, investment adviser, fund manager, or signal service. Nothing on our platform constitutes financial advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, or a guarantee of trading results.
All trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of analyses, examples, or mentor trades does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and capital.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or purchase paid memberships.
You represent that the information you provide during registration is accurate and that you will keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Accounts & Memberships
PipsAura offers free and paid tiers, including Syndicate Room (subscription) and Prestige Learning (cohort program). Features and access vary by tier as described on our Pricing page.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, harass other members, share unauthorized content, or attempt to circumvent access controls.
Membership benefits are personal and non-transferable unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.
- Free tier: limited forum access, community resources, and selected public content.
- Syndicate Room: daily educational analyses, expanded community access, and related features.
- Prestige Learning: structured mentorship program with live sessions, curriculum, and cohort access.
5. Payments & Billing
Paid memberships are billed as described at checkout (e.g. monthly for Syndicate, per-batch for Prestige). Prices may be shown in PKR or USD depending on your selection.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe, bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa. By paying, you also agree to the relevant payment provider's terms.
Failure to pay or chargebacks on valid purchases may result in immediate suspension of paid features.
6. Refund Policy
Because PipsAura delivers digital education and community access, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed once content or cohort access has been delivered.
Syndicate Room: you may cancel future billing periods; we do not typically refund the current billing cycle unless required by law or there was a technical error on our side.
Prestige Learning: refund requests must be submitted before the batch start date or within 7 days of batch commencement if no live sessions or private materials have been accessed. After live sessions begin, fees are generally non-refundable.
To request a refund, contact PipsAura Support via WhatsApp with your account email, purchase details, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use PipsAura respectfully and lawfully. The following are prohibited:
- Sharing buy/sell signals, copy-trading schemes, or guaranteed-profit claims in our community or forum.
- Harassment, hate speech, spam, impersonation, or promotion of unrelated products without permission.
- Scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting to access paid content without authorization.
- Uploading malware, infringing intellectual property, or violating any applicable law.
- Sharing login credentials or reselling access to PipsAura content.
8. Educational Content & Intellectual Property
All content on PipsAura — including analyses, curriculum, videos, written materials, branding, and software — is owned by PipsAura or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws.
You receive a limited, personal, non-commercial license to access content for your own learning while your membership is active. You may not redistribute, resell, record, or publicly republish our paid materials without written consent.
User-generated content (forum posts, journal entries, comments) remains yours, but you grant PipsAura a license to host, display, and moderate that content on the platform.
9. Community Channels
Links to Discord, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and other external platforms are provided for community engagement. Those platforms have their own terms and policies.
Participation in external communities is voluntary. PipsAura is not responsible for content posted by third parties on external platforms, though we expect members to uphold the same standards of respect and professionalism.
10. Disclaimers
PipsAura is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that content will meet your specific trading objectives.
Market analysis published on PipsAura is for educational illustration. Levels, biases, and scenarios may become invalid as markets change. Always apply your own risk management.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PipsAura and its founders, mentors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including trading losses, lost profits, or lost data — arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to PipsAura in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith contact with PipsAura Support. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts in Pakistan.
