  • Communications: emails we send (welcome, password reset, notifications) and support messages you initiate.

We use your data to operate and improve PipsAura:

4. Cookies & Authentication

PipsAura uses essential cookies to keep you signed in. When you log in, we set an httpOnly session cookie (pipsaura_token) containing a signed JWT. This cookie is required for authenticated features and is not accessible to client-side JavaScript.

We may also store limited preferences in your browser's localStorage (e.g. UI state, cached user display name) to improve your experience.

You can clear cookies through your browser settings, but this will log you out and may reset certain preferences.

5. How We Store & Protect Data

Account and platform data is stored on secure servers using an SQLite database with industry-standard practices including password hashing (bcrypt) and signed authentication tokens.

We use HTTPS in production to encrypt data in transit. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We work to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third parties to deliver parts of our service. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies:

  • Payment processing: Stripe (and local payment methods where applicable).
  • Email delivery: SMTP providers (e.g. Amazon SES, Resend, or similar) for transactional emails.
  • Hosting & infrastructure: cloud servers used to run pipsaura.com.
  • Community platforms: Discord, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok (when you choose to join — governed by their policies).

PipsAura is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International Users

PipsAura serves traders globally. If you access the platform from outside Pakistan, your information may be processed on servers located in other countries. By using PipsAura, you consent to this processing.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Significant updates may also be communicated via email or an on-site notice.
